  1. Well there really is no one stroke that is the best at building muscle, but one good stroke that manages most muscles in the body is the freestyle. It works with arms, legs, abs, and is a good, easy stroke. If you get really good at it, then you will probably start to get stronger. Also try some dry-land work-outs including pull-ups.


  2. if u want big shoulders, then do fly. if u want to have big legs, then do back stroke or free style. if u want bout the same mount og muscle on ur arms and legs, then do breast stroke.

  3. Breast stroke works your arms a lot.

    But the most killer workout stroke is the Butterfly. I still can't get it right but if you can do it, it works your entire body.

    Swimming is the best exercise you can get. Any stoke will build muscle all over.

  4. I joined the Y this year. I started going to the gym and doing weigh exercise, then I got into the water aerobic and I love it. I have done  so many exercises in the last two weeks.

    frog jumping, jump ropeing,  I got a chance to use all of my muscle, and boy am I sore...it will go away. I am in this class for toneing and hopfully losing weigh. So get into a water class, and you will get to know about all of the different exercises.
