Best tampon for a heavy flow?

right for a heavy flow, does any one know a "Good" tampon to buy? ive been using Tampax and Tampax compact. But i was wondering if anyone would be able to recommend another brand(s) to buy. Cheers! x

Tampax Pearl is my favorite. For a heavier flow, use the super absorbency ones.

The applicators are really nice and smooth.

I have very heavy periods too(at just 13) and i buy tampax but its probably just best to experiment or change them more regularly but make sure not too regularly.
