Best tampon for swimming? ?

ive never used one before so which one would be the best for a beginner and for swimming because i want to use one while im in california? thanks

Basically any tampon will work, just get one that correlates with your flow.  Personally I had a very difficult time with this because of my cycle I would have to change the tampon all the time to make sure it did not leak.  Recently I have discovered menstrual cups which are amazing.  You will never have to buy pads or tampons again, and you can leave it in all day, and it never leaks while swimming!

I've never gone swimming while on my monthly, but i've used playtex and i they work great for me
