  1. Chamomile tea is actually recommended for sleep by doctors.  Add a little honey and it tastes great.  It's pretty good straight but I always look for excuses to add honey for my sweet tooth. :)

  2. Chamomile tea.  Or a cup of hot milk.

  3. Don't drink green tea within a few hours of going go bed. Same thing with coffee, soda, energy drinks, or chocolate. The sugar and caffeine will keep you up.

Try chamomile tea. It helps to relax and sooth. No caffeine either.

  4. The 'Sleepytime Tea' pack comes with many different mild flavors, and those actually encourage sleep, and don't just not have caffeine.

  5. chamomile tea is soothing and helps you relax and sleep

  6. Sleepytime tea!

  7. Honestly,

try "Republic of Tea" White Cantalope tea.

    Very mild and yummy.

Only brew for 45 to 60 seconds.

  8. Green tea contains caffeine! So doesn't aid sleep! I'm not sure that any would... How about Horlicks?
