Best teaching tips in teaching english to korean students?

i'm an english tutor and i want to know what is a good teaching technique for korean students.

watch more english movies (or others movies but must be with english subtiltle!), read english version books, magazines, newspapers,comunicate with friends that talk in english as their daily talking! im a chinese n mostly i learn english in tv or dvds!

i use to teach korean students for a year. i tried different techniques, much to say they get easily bored when they have the same way of learning everyday. be more creative like integrating topics to their likes or hobbies.. don't be so strict let them enjoy learning.. appreciate what they do and achieve.. see some  free book at getmybooks.blogspot.com , it might help.
