Best teen/tween magazines!? Help?

Question

Okay, I'm buying my 11 year old sister a subscription to a magazine. She wants those 'Disney' type of magazines, but I've searched all over the net, from J-14, to Tiger Beat, I haven't found any good ones! Bop&Tigerbeat are kind of rip-offs and my budget is $15. please help! Give me a list of cheap tween/teen magazines please! :)
