Best things to do before you go to a tanning bed?

whats the best way to get the best results out of a tanning bed. i have a tanning lotion with self bronzers, anything else i should use AFTER i get out?

Basically the BEST thing to do is not to go! Use fake tan instead. There is no 'safe' level of UV exposure, your increasing your chances of developing skin cancer. It's just not worth it!
