I know the little Food Lion here, does theirs on Mondays and Tuesdays..right after the weekend, what doesnt sell over the weekend, goes on sale then.

Everyday!  After 1:00 and before 4:00.  They sort through them in the morning and put them out early afternoon.  But, when people get off work around 4 or 5..they grab what's there.  So get there early.  I bought 5, 1-inch thick, porkchops for $3.  Great deals!
