Question:

Best time to go to Six Flags over Texas with short lines.?

I'm thinking of going to Dallas for the weekend of August 16-17. Does anyone know when kids start going back to school there? I would assume that because they are back at school that, the lines would be shorter. Should I even think about going on a weekday?

  1. No schools in Texas (except for maybe private schools) can begin school before August 25th.  

    It is best to go to SF during the week though.  But since you'll be here during a weekend, I'd invest in a Flash Pass for the day.  http://www.sixflags.com/overTexas/ticket...


  2. yea go on a weekday even when the kids are in school some of those lines can still reach an hour long. but on weekdays around like 18-20 your talking about 5-20 mins lines
