Best time to surf, northeast coast of florida?

I know northeast Florida isnt exactly the best location to surf but for those of you who live there you know people still try. I've just gotten into surfing though and i was wondering when the best time to surf is. During high tide low, low tide, evening, morning?

  2. Check out www.wannasurf.com for all your surfing needs they normally give consistency, swell direction, and stuff like that and spots to check out.

  4. Depends on tide.. and, usually, though not very safe, just before or after a storm.. tide is higher then..

  5. ahh, that stuff aint so important...the best time to surf is when there aren't any sharks out!

  6. Having grown up in Florida I can tell you that when a storm is in the Atlantic is the only time any decent waves will show.
