Best time to tan....?

Question

so tomorrow is my open house night at school and i want to be extra tan for it so i was gonna go lay out on my roof for a little while. but the thing is that i have quite a few things i have to do, but the good thing is that there is no specific time that any of it has to get done.

so i was wondering if there is a certain time that is best to tan at. i have to leave my house by 4:45, so i would prolly need to be done around or before 4.

best time to tan is from 12-4

but try getting tanning lotion.

they have tanning lotion that changes your skin color

i think the sun is at  its highest from like 1 to 3

Searching a weather site for your area should give you the UV index for the day and the higher the UV the better the tan

use a fake tan its safer than the sun. in order for you to get a tan your skin has to have some degree of burn thats what the tan is ,a burn you will be aging your skin increasing your chances of developing skin cancer in the future its just not worth it try the tanning wipes that are available now so it doesn't go streaky.

if you definately want to catch some rays make sure you apply lots of uv protection
