Hola.  I think most of the tourists will agree that Dec-Jan are the favorite months to visit Cabo.  The weather is lovely during the day, cooler at night, no bugs, no rain, and it is busy and fun and hectic at this time of year.  Most residents feel Nov and May are the best months because there are no tourists around.
