  1. Let me say something first, Everyone who wants a baby wants to know all the right and possible ways to concieve... But with your situation i know that it is difficult I am one who suffers from never having a normal regular period , So i am on your difficulty level... They best way really would be getting ovulation kits. Which since you never know when your ovulating they can tell you... But a warning with those is that they are not cheap.Another way to tell without paying anything is when you have discharge and if it is clear and stringy then thats mostly when you are ovulating... I wish you and your partner the best of luck...

  2. people with pcos often have problems with the way their bodies process insulin.

my sister was diagnosed with pcos, she immediately started eating better and exercising more along with taking omega 3 and vitamin supplements and she became pregnant within 3 months. in the beginning she took a home test to discover she had high glucose levels, once she changed her lifestyle and became more active etc her glucose levels came down and her pcos symptoms disappeared.

    good luck!

  3. look if your doc didn't give you med look up insolite labs and order that medicine it will take your breath away how good it works it actually take away your pcos hey it wont hurt to try it just check it out I take it and my doc couldn't believe how much less cysts I had left it actually reverses the pcos curse but I want a baby so bad and I kept bugging for clomid and he gave it to me but I can still take the insolite system to finish curing myself

  4. I have PCOS.  I had a midwife tell me that one of the best ways to get pregnant is to start exercising.  I'm not exactly sure why, but it has something to do with the way your body processes insulin and testosterone.  You have too much and so you don't ovulate.  Exercise (not just losing weight) makes your body process the insulin differently and will help with ovulation, which is when you can get pregnant.  I have an 8 month old son, so it's very possible to get pregnant.  Good Luck!
