  1. It's more a matter of personal opinion. I like the morning the only bad thing about night is you could get hit by cars.

  3. There isn't just one perfect time to run.

    I like the evening because it's cool and I have to be up early to work (and am not a morning person). But some people are ready to go in the morning, and that's cool too.

    ps--just a note on night running, if you go running too late, then it can interfere with your sleep. b/c you're all energized.

Right after breakfast because the food with jumpstart you're metabolism and make you lose more weight than you would after a whole day of eating..  If you run on an empty stomach though you won't lose as much weight because you're body will think you're starving it and go into starvation mode.. It will hold on to the fat as long as it can.. And it's not as dangerous as running at night :)

  6. I like morning because I can get it out of the way and feel energized the rest of the day.  But if you feel tired the rest of the day, maybe evening works better for you.  Also, if you run outside, it's less safe to run at night.

Hello!  This question is brought up by runners constantly, and to tell you the truth, it is mostly opinion.  Running in the morning is great, I'll tell you that.  I run everyday in the morning, and run at night here or there.  Running in the morning is great because the it is usually not too hot out, and is just overall good running weather for most people.  And you feel really good because you have the whole day ahead of you, you already ran and did your workout before most people are awake!  And you have the whole day ahead of you!  Nothing to lose!

  10. Morning, youll sleep better and burn fat as fuel if you do it on a empty stomach, if you run at night you probably wont sleep well youll still be pumped hours later

    20-40min run in the morning..  and 40-60min run in the evening.

  16. depends on where you live and the temps, because you dont want to be getting to hot, when the temp. out side is boiling. but i'd run at night because you are not having to worry as much as to traffic, other people .....

    Its cooler in the morning.

    If you run before breakfast, you burn both fat and carbs.  Evening you burn carbs only.

    If you run in the evening, you will have trouble sleeping unless you wait about three hours.

  18. thats an opinion but most of my friends will run in the morning. i,however, like to run at night. running at sunset is nice and relaxing.

  20. In the morning usually, it will help keep your energy up during the day. If you do it at night and are ready for bed soon after, you could have trouble sleeping. But, if that isn't a concern either way, it wouldn't really matter. Nights would also be cooler during summer time.
