Best toddler bed? What kind do you have? Do you like it?

I'm looking for the best toddler bed. How much does it cost? What do you like most about it? What don't you like about it? Where did you buy it?

The best kind?  A free one from a neighbor!  If my neighbor hadn't given me one, my little darling would not have one!  She would be in the crib, daybed style or moved into a queen size bed with her sister.  Honestly, buy the thing second hand if you can't get one for free.  You can spray paint it or cover it with fabric if you want.  You can buy brand new ones anywhere for practically nothing!

Don't waste time and money on a toddler bed... just go straight to a twin sized bed.  Push one side again a wall and get a bed rail for the other side.

Instead of buying a toddler bed, we found a Ferrari style race car bed that uses a twin size mattress. It has 2 positions for the mattress. One sets the mattress flush with the sides of the bed and the other sets the mattress down inside the sides of the bed about 8 inches for smaller children. We found ours used out of a trading journal in good condition for $75. We have no complaints and our soon to be 3 year old loves it!

.........Just saw your additional details. This bed is kinda big. But fits nicely in a 8' x 11' room.
