Best tongue/clitoral stimulator?

I have been wanting to experiment with those vibrating tongue rings (not the piercing kind, but the slide/strap kind that go around your tongue), but so far the few that I had tried seem to slide off really easily. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or brands that they had luck with and would recommend. Thanks!
