  1. Lie on your back with your feet up on a wall & your knees bent(same position as if you were sitting on a chair)it really does help, you may have to stay like it for a little while.

  2. Get on all fours and the put your head and shoulders down so your bum is in the air.  This makes the trapped wind want to move upwards (ie, nearer your butt, so technically downwards in your body) and you end up doing a nice big f**t which is just what you want!!

  3. mint tea always works for me

  4. This really helps me - seriously - boil water then let it cool a little bit, then drink. Do try to drink it while it is still quite hot though. It disperses the trapped wind i promise. You dont need to add anything to it. Hope you feel better. Also have  hot water bottle for your tummy - this helps both with trapped wind and period pain. x

  5. Try sitting in a nice warm bath and/or massaging your stomach with a drop of either lavender or juniper oil in each teaspoon of almond oil.

  6. Keep it natural.

    f**t or burp.

    Cheap and easy.

nb. Make sure you are alone or in front of an admiring crowd.

  7. peppermint cordial with hot water.

  8. Do a big stinky f**t!

  9. Massage your stomach and sit on the toilet hopefully the trapped wind will go .. take a pain relief for period pain :)

    xx Good Luck
