  1. Valerian root has been shown to help epileptics.

    I wouldnt recommend going the herbal route to treat epilepsy. Stick with allopathic medicine. Dilantin, Lamictal, Tegretal, Klonipin, etc.

    Seizures are serious, don't gamble with this please. See a doctor.
