Best tripod under $20?

Question

the other day i almost busted my camera while doing my 365 thing on flickr (ON MY 2ND DAY TOO!) when it fell off a ladder. I think it's time for me to get a tripod. What's the best one for under $20? Maybe.. $30? Idk if i should be frugal, hah

I wouldn't trust any camera I own to a cheap $20 tripod.

The previously mentioned Gorilla Pod might be worth considering if you own a compact digital camera.

If you own a DSLR then plan to spend 20 to 25% as much as  you paid for your camera for a quality tripod. Manfrotto, Velbon, Slik, Gitzo, Gittos are all quality tripods.

A cheap tripod is likely to be flimsy have a lot of movement in it, which defeats the purpose doesn't it ?

OH WOW! I just found out about this and soo many people love this little guy... I believe the "Gorilla" is said to be really amazing and totally flexible, You can do so much with it! I think I might buy one...

They run around $20 something.
