Best tv manufactuer?????????????

im looking to buy a tv....i dont want to spend more than 700 pounds though

its gotta be lcd n digital of course

but whats the best tv make to get....

im drawn between LG and Sony.....

or is there another that is good....i want the best DAMMIT lol

It has to be a sony or even a phillips these last a long time too no c**p gets put through these sets and i refer this to the models themselves

then samsung

then panisonic for over 40 inches

i've got a samsung and its quite good

but if i had to choose between LG and Sony

i would pick sony

Bit of a three way tie this. The latest models by Sony, Samsung and Panasonic (in no particular order) will satisfy the most ardent TV critic. Depends on how you define "best" make. The best picture & sound performance? Or the reliability of the TV set over time (years) while keeping into account the performance. Personally I would pick the latest Samsung 40" LE40A656 which has all the bells and whistles, but that will add another £50 on to your budget. You do get what you pay for though!

Sony should be top of any list.

LG make an excellent LCD TV (Flatron).

And Panasonic are also in the same league.
