Quesadilla= microwave a flour tortilla filled with shredded Spicy Monterrey Jack Cheese.

1:  Apple and cheese - not really a recipe so much as a yummy combo.

#2:  Apple and peanut butter - same excuse

#3:  Plain yogurt and maple syrup

#4:  Eggs - scrambled and poured in skillet.  Shred cheese and melt on top.

fruit dip - mix together 1 8-oz package cream cheese & 1 7-oz jar marshmallow cream

chocolate-covered pretzels - melt chocolate chips in the microwave, dip pretzels, let set in fridge or freezer

tomato cream sauce - mix together tomato sauce & alfredo sauce in desired proportions

i'm sure i could think of more, but those are the ones that come to mind :-)
