Question:

Best type of mattress for a bad back.?

i was just told i have a herniated disk, the worse possible kind you can have. i was going to get a new matress anyways but now i am going to get the best kind for a herniated disk. what type do you guys suggest?

  1. My good friend was in a really bad car wreck awhile ago and she found that the only type of mattress that didn't hurt was a memory foam mattress. She ended up buying a Tempurpedic mattress and swears by it. I would highly recommend that you purchase a memory foam mattress, but you should do some research.   2. Try memory foam. It moulds to the contours of your body, and supports it, relieving pain from pressure points, including your back.

    You can also get pillows too, to help the neck
