Best type of spark plugs for a ford f-150 1996 5.0 efi?

i am pretty sure my truck need spark plugs because i dont think they have ever been changed sence the truck was made and i dont know what would be the best type that give the best spark and last the lognest it is for my ford f-150 it is a 5.0 EFI and it is a 1996, so my quesiton is what would be the best spark plugs?

Autolite double platinum.

If you can find the sticker on the under side of the hood are the one that's on top of the radiator cover it will tell you the type of plug to use. If you don't wont to use those ,then a good platinum plug would work for you.

The new E3 spark plugs are suppose to pay for themselves at the gas pump but i havent personally tryed them. But you cant go wrong with a bosch platinum plug gapped the specifcations.
