Okay, I know this is not helpful to you, but don't go to the one in Convent garden....it reminds me of a cave and I actually had to sit on the floor.

There are several Thai restaurants that serve nothing but veggie food. They are found in New Oxford Street and several in Soho. They are very cheap, but tasty.

They shape some veggie stuff into realistic looking king prawns too.

The dandelion tea they serve is lovely too.
