Best villan description?

What's the best villan/antagonist/evil person description you can think of? (I mean a physical description)

I'm just wondering what people usually think of when they think of a villan.

Not to be too controversial :)), but a look at a picture of darth cheney works for me:  morbidly obese, unhealthy, sneering expression, eyes filled with coldness, greed and malice -- you get the idea  :))

Also, other candidates: henry kissinger, david rockefeller, our "president" , the CEO of any large oil company-- weight may vary, but their psychopathic nature shows through :))
