i have been lifting weights for a couple months, nothing big just 2-3 times a week, mostly upper body. i would like to start lifting to get better results (will do more than just upper body) and also start a cardio workout, such as jogging.
i would like to know what the best vitamin/mineral capsules would be for me, i am 19 years old and in decent physical condition.
also, tell me where i could get these, whether it is online or at walmart or gnc.
