Best way for me to get buff like Tony Stewart?

Tony's my hero and I'm ready to get buff and awesome.

  1. i agree tony looks good and i know i will get the thumb down on this one.......... tony is Italian and has to fight his weight....... eat lots of pasta, like spaghetti, chili, pizza.... oh and every-night before bed tony eats a bowl of chocolate ice cream....... and if people would pay ATTENTION................  tony does got some buff muscular arms........... he just has a belly nothing wrong with that............  tony lifts weights, he is not into cardiovascular...... lift lots of wights and you will have arms like tony in no time...... tony has a weight room at his home which helps he can lift when ever he wants to.....................! hope i helped!

  9. Eating donuts. Tony himself said that he hasn't worked out in awhile. He also said he likes to eat lots of sweets. If you like the way he looks, then start eating up baby.

  12. Stay away from Subway. I think he takes steroids. That's why he's always angry after the race lol

Donuts for breakfast, $5 footlongs at subway(make sure to get the ones not on the low fat menu....the meatball is a good choice, or make sure you put extra mayo)  for lunch and supper, and make sure to drink and extra large milkshake and eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich right before bed everynight.

  21. I still think he's cute - and except for a horrible run of bad luck, a darn good driver. I like how he seems to be crazy about driving - ie, owns Eldora Speedway, still drives Sprint cars, etc.

  23. Well I wouldn't call Tony buff but I sure do like him just as he is.   One of only two drivers that I look at for more than just being a good driver.  :0)
