Best way of losing weight?

im 5'9 1/2 and weigh about 156. all i care about is toning up and trimming down certain fatty areas like my thighs and stomach and arms..what are the best things to eat? and excersize habits? i wanna do this fast!!

  1. Fastest machine for losing weight and toning up in the gym is the rowing machine.  Closely followed by the treadmill if you do interval running.

    Fastest diet to lose weight is a low carb, non sugar and non refined carbs diet.  Mostly vegetarian diet with some fish and a little turkey and chicken breast as this is leanest.  Avoid sugary drinks and drink plenty of water.

    Overall - make sure you exercise enough to break into a sweat at least once a day and then go to the gym or go for a run at least 4 times a week for 45 mins.

    Eat well and hydrate yourself and you'll reach you goal and be fit.

    Really, it just sounds like a good exercise routine would help.  I suggest building up a running program.  I used to be a person who never understood why people would subject themselves to running (on purpose even) until I started it to loose some weight.  Now I love it.  It gives me time away from the world where I can just listen to music if I want.  Most of the time I reflect on my day and plan my next day.  When I'm done with my run I feel so calm and relaxed and just...healthier.  

    Even if it's walking or jogging....these are both great ways to exercise.  Once you get into the habit of incorporating any of these in your day, you won't ever want to quit.
