Ok so i have a really poor diet i suppose you could say i have an eating disorder. Basically i have NEVER had breakfast, actully i have tried breakfast about 7 or 8 times during my life (i am 15 years old) but my body wont let me keep any food down before 10 am :\
And for lunch i will pig out on fatty food and the same for suppa
I would love to have a normal diet, a healthy one.
How can i start eating healthy but without gaining weight, actully i would love to lose weight from my stomach and my thighs, i mean to get a falt stomach
how can i do it ? what foods and how to start, please don't say go to the doctors or dietitians becuase they have all given up on me
and remember i dont want to gain weight!
