Best way of reaching this ????????? please help!! XDXDXD?

Ok so i have a really poor diet i suppose you could say i have an eating disorder. Basically i have NEVER had breakfast, actully i have tried breakfast about 7 or 8 times during my life (i am 15 years old) but my body wont let me keep any food down before 10 am :\

And for lunch i will pig out on fatty food and the same for suppa

I would love to have a normal diet, a healthy one.

How can i start eating healthy but without gaining weight, actully i would love to lose weight from my stomach and my thighs, i mean to get a falt stomach

how can i do it ? what foods and how to start, please don't say go to the doctors or dietitians becuase they have all given up on me

and remember i dont want to gain weight!

  1. Eat breakfast.  Sorry, but if you can't do that, then your day is out of balance and you starve yourself for lunch.  Just trust me.  I was like that too until i just started eating cheerios for breakfast.  Your diet will start balancing out.  Its like getting rid of an addiction.  The first time you try it, it's terrible, but it gets better.

    Just do it.  It works

  2. I never have an appetite for breakfast so you know what I do? I don't eat it until I'm hungry. When I'm hungry, then I eat.. I have a small bowl of cereal. Usually special K with 1 percent milk and a glass of water.

    A couple hours later I'm usually hungry again.. I eat a peice of fruit (pear, apple, something like that) or I eat a cup or 2 of some veggies I like like cucumbers, sugar snap peas, corn, anything.) Everyonce in a while I'm not in the mood for either of those and I end up eating half a cup of cottage cheese or a couple slices of cheese.

    For lunch and supper I really like Smart Ones or Lean Cuisines because both of them are smaller portioned meals and they are excellent in providing some fruits and veggies. I just have that one meal and maybe water.. then if I'm hungry a couple hours later I repeat the same snacking.. fruit, or veggie, or cheese. When I'm really aching for something sweet instead of eating a blizzard from dairy queen, I get a small cone.. Instead of a snickers bar, I have a mini one, or a 100 calorie pack.

    This is a good way to LIVE not diet. Diets work only if you go on them and then when you are done with a specific diet, if you return to eating a different way it still must be healthy. If you just eat healthy all the time and treat yourself once in a while and BE ACTIVE you won't need to diet.. because you will loose weight slowely but you will KEEP it off, not to mention how good you will feel. You must always eat when you are hungry.. don't deny yourself food.
