Best way of shaving pubic hair?

What is the best way to shave my pubic hair, with an electric razor or the manual one that does not move (i dont know what its called)?

Don't forget to use an aftershave lotion for sensitive skin - twice a day after you shave.

just use a normal razor that doesn't move not an electric one and shave in the direction the hair is going not the other way or you will get ingrown hair which can me very painful.
