  1. to improve ball handling just dribble a lot and do crossovers. For defense, crouch down a little and spread ur legs. no homo. but almost like this and cover the side that he is not dribbling with. If he is using his right hand and is on the right side of hte court, cover his left.

  2. Dribble lots and then some.  Keep dribbling, don't stop. Just keep doing it.  When you absolutely can't dribble any longer then you can take a break.  Be sure to keep your head up while doing this, and alternate the rhythm and height.

  3. Okay what i do is for ball handling.

    A) Go to a gym where they have two hoops on opposite sides, dribble around, and try to make layups while controlling the ball.

    B) Around the legs, first pick a leg and dribble around it, then switch legs, then try to do a figure 8 rotation from both legs.

    C) Try to dribble to the other side of the court, with a friend, other player trying to steal it from you, fake and latterals work great here.

    Defense:

    A) Pickup games work good most of the time.

    B) Remember to slide and allways be in a defensive position.

    C) Box out, most of the time you have more % to make it on a team if you know how to box out.

  4. i dont know about the defense, but one of my younger cousins is a baller, and has very good dribbling skills, he said he used to walk around tryin to dribble a tennis ball all day.... try it out
