  1. Do alot of turns like they do in ballet I'm a dancer and doing chane's and sliding on your feat really helps

    p.s. just sliding on carpet

  2. You do not want to have calluses. You want to developer strong muscles to control the slipping feet. Calluses can become cracked and bleed. They can peel off exposing sensitive skin beneath them. You will naturally over time toughen your skin. Be patient with yourself and train barefoot more. You may want to spend more time barefoot at home inside the house or in your yard where there are no pet droppings or places to get cut.

  3. dont wear tennis shoes, wear boots that appeal to you and walk in them, take walks on pavement, and also take walks on uneven ground. blisters may occur but dont bust them!!! they will callus over it will be painful but until your feet get used to it. you will blister wear callus's should be. hope this helps you a little.

  4. Try to walk around barefoot as much as you can. That should help.

  5. just a few laps of barefoot running round the hall will usually go a long way.  Running causes more impact on the soles of the feet thus causes more stess and easier development of calus

oh and jumping is excellent too

  6. kep ur feet dry always, walk insidwe ur house without any shoes slippers or flip flops dont even use socks always walk and walk keep on using ur feet till calluses appear, i have mine alil bit thick coz i always walk inside our house without any slipers and stuff plus i always walk long strall and when ever i get outside try walking instead of commuting to public vehicles, its best excercise plus u save money and u gain calluses right in ur feet as waht u wanted for ur karate for you to do beetter techniques........withous slipping on the floor
