I am so confused!! I have 3 kilos to lose in 4 weeks and I need help!!

  3. kilos??? how many punds is that. but anyways i think running and eating right would help the most. well wen boxers need to lose a few pounds right before a game they spit(like in a waterbottle) sounds nasty but i tried it n it works really good. hope i helped

  4. swimming u burn like 3x the amount of cals then running but if that's not a possibility running power walking is easier on the knees though and if ur going at a good steady pace and mostly uphill that's just as good thats ur choice eating right that's 70% of looking good..."abs are made in the kitchen" as is a good body if u exercise all day and eat more than u burn all c**p food ur still gonna not lose weight u need to eat well and balanced so ur body stays healthy and less than u burn daily ull burn fat...that's a good goal 3 kilos in 4 weeks very doable if u stick to a diet plan and exercise daily no cheating :p good luck
