Best way to clean fake teeth?

I am 16 i was in a car accident at 12 and my 4 front teeth are fake but wut the best way to clean them i leave them in listrine at night just wondering wut should i get to clean them

you should get a brush to remove any food particles/gunk on them, and leave them in water at night.  Don't place them in listerine, since that can cause the acrylic of the denture to absorb the color, and possibly cause it to warp.  always leave them in water; letting them sit on the counter dry can cause the denture to distort.  

also: don't sleep with them on; the bone under the denture needs to rest.  if you sleep with them on, you're causing pressure that can cause bone loss.  you're still really young, so you may want to have implants placed in the future.  for the implants to be successful, you will need to have a good amount of bone in the area.
