Best way to concentrate??

i get distracted SOOOOOOOOOOOOO easily

and its affecting my grades

any help??

what is the source of your distraction ? u have to deal with it ?

stop being so curious is also a cure. Learn to focus on one thing at a time and do not multi-task ,it will come in time and yes it is normal,

Before you rely on meds (which can have unpredictable effects and take a LONG time to regulate) try a few simple tricks:

1.  When the teacher is talking, write down key points of what they are saying (take notes)

2.  When reading: read and re-read until you understand it.

3.  Find something interesting about what you are learning (even if you hate the subject)  If you can turn it into a game, rhyme, or puzzle.  It helps.

4.  Teach someone else.  One of the best ways to learn is to teach somebody else what you know.

These are things that I have found that help ME (as a massively distracted person) AND my students.

ik how you feel i have the same problem. try going to your doctors and telling them about this problem. they can perscribe meds for u to help you concentraite
