Best way to cut a 6"dia hole in an existing tiled shower ceiling?

I am planning to install a shower light using the existing bathroom circuit so that the existing bathroom light switch will operate both lights, any tips appreciated. this is a new home

I use a small hand grinder with a 4" dry diamond blade. Draw your circle 1/2 in smaller than you need it and follow the line around and around till you eventually break through the tile. Remove the tile and backer board (cut the backer board out with a jig saw, etc ) Then you can enlarge the hole slowly to the correct dia. with the dry diamond blade. This does take some practice and patients.
