try www.crewbar.net they maybe able to help you. Most staff get a basic wage and then tips maybe added on top of that, depending on what you are applying for.  You do work long days, but then your time off is all fun seeing the different places that the ship goes to.  You save lots of money by not spending as food etc is all included.  Check it out 1st, but you will have a great time, I did it for 10 years.......Good luck

Apply online to the cruise ships. Princess cruises has an online job application site. Be careful though - it is not as glamorous as you would think to work on a ship. Most staff work about 10 hours a day, and get no days off in a 10 month contract. They are also paid really poorly, so be sure you investigate it well before signing on. Good luck!
