  1. Not sure what you are asking.  If you want to replace the grips on your clubs?  Or if you are asking how to tell what size grip one needs.  When you grip the club your fingers should just come around and touch the palm of your hand.  If they don't reach the grip is too big, if your nails dig into your hand the grip is too small and should be built up.

  2. after cutting of the old grips secure the shaft of the club in a vice wit a rubber protector around the shaft.

fit the double sided tape to the shaft then pour some white spirit over the tape and a small amount inside the grip, wait a few seconds for the glue on the tape to become slippery and slide the grip on.

its reasonably simple but a bit messy. good luck

  3. Its really easy to do, get a stanley knife and cut of your old grip, clen off any tape that is left on the shaft, put new double sidded tape on the shaft and make sure it goes over the top of the shaft, after that put on a bit of white spirt get teh tape slippy, put some in the grip remembering to put your thumb over the top of the grip to stop the white spirt coming straight out, swill it around and then push the grip on, keeping you finger over the hole on the top. Just remeber to line up any of the marking on the grip with your club head

  4. Best to get your local golf professional to re-grip your clubs for you.

  5. Follow the other advice here on how to actually do the fitting, those answers are spot on. Just remember to get the alignment right and not to leave the grip twisted once its on.

I recommend you buy a cheap grip and have a practice first, using an old/spare club. That's ideal because if you make a mess of it, it won't matter.

After you've had a go, if you find it easy, then by all means carry on, otherwise if your still not happy doing it, your pro shop is the best option

  6. Have the golf professional do it. First, you support the pro shop. If there is a problem, he can get it fixed. And he has to satisfy you or get bad reports. If the membership isn't " pro friendly" time to dump the pro.
