Question:

Best way to fix wired bras?

I'm a 48 DD, and I'm sick of wearing ugly granny bras because their most comfortable... I want some push, so I bought some push up wired bras, but on the first day I bought 4 different kinds on sale I busted 2 of them so that the wire is popping out stabbing my side. I've tried taping, and sowing them, but they always bust through again...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Any ideas on how to fix them tight shut?

  1. i don't think there is anyway to fix them, you should probably just throw them out.  you could go to a lingerie store and have the sales person fit you for a bra and then they can help you to choose styles that work the best for you.

  2. buy the bra's that are comfortable.  No matter what you do, with a bust size like that, it is going to be impossible.  I am a 38 DD and I have a hard time.  I have one push up and no matter what, the first time I bend over, they are spilling out and I have to find a restroom or private spot to situate them again.  I don't know of anything but would like to see what others say.

  3. I'm 34b and mine do that sometimes, too... dunno why, but I was gutted, especially after paying so much for gorgeous bras!

  4. Just get new ones. Once the wires are messed up, they'll never feel the same as they did when brand new.

  5. Take the dang wire out. I dont think the wire is what helps hold you up, its the tightness of the bra and fit of it. So pull the wire out of the thing girl.

  6. SOW THEM DATZ WHAT I DO ...OR GET NEW ONES

  7. I am a 34 FF and all my wires always escape.  They really are useless once you are past a certain cup[ size.

I tried to patch em, stich them in, superglue em, nothing works.
