  1. yeah dude muscle milk is good i bought a pack of that stuff drank it everyday i worked out and i gained 17 pounds of muscle in 5 weeks i think thats pretty good


  2. The key ingredient to gaining muscle mass is to add lots of PROTEIN to your daily diet. So Muscle Milk will be an excellent source of protein. You should have 1.0-1.5 grams of protein for each pound you weigh. Protein helps your body to build lean muscle after your workout. Speaking of workout, I would start with simple toning exercises (low weight/more reps) to get your muscles used to being worked. After about 2 weeks you can go to the strengthening exercises (high weight/low reps). This will break down your muscles fast and with all the protein in your diet, when they heal it will be solid lean muscle mass.

  3. For diet

    1. Eat protein and whole grain for breakfast. I favor egg whites (so do a lot of NFL wide receivers and tight ends)

    2. Add fish, turkey or skinless chicken to your salad at lunch and your dinner at night.

    Eat 2 snacks that include protein a day.

    I don't favor milk. It makes me congested. I use kale for my calcium. Ialso don;t favor soy. It has been linked in studies to reduced sperm count.
