Hello. Im 16 years old, im 5' 9, 138.6lbs. I lose about 20 pounds this summer lol.
My question is how do I burn fat and gain muscle at the same time? Or, how could I lose fat I have? (primarily the fat on my abs, and under the belly button, and chest fat?) I was hoping to get to about 147-150lbs, but gain that 12lbs off of muscle?
The question is, what is the best way to lose weight from my midsection, while build abs at the same time?
