I'm 15 years old, 5 foot 8, and I weigh 135 pounds.
I don't have much muscle on my stomach, and I was wondering what I should do to change it?
I don't look like I weigh 135, because of my body fat.
I eat Cereal and drink Water for Breakfast
I eat chicken/burger/chicken nugget or something along the lines of typical lunch food and drink Water for Lunch
I eat whatever is cooked for dinner, and I drink a Dr. Pepper or some sort of soft drink.
I do maybe 4 ab holds, a day and a couple of leg lifts.
But I need to know how many I should do a day, and what all I can do in order to get muscle on my abs and hopefully lead up to a 6 pac or so. Also what kind of food and exersise and all that kinda stuff.
So please help me out here
