Best way to get out of feeling embarrased?

I've noticed I get embarrased alot and I can't think straight, any tips to get out of it?

  1. do something that will make you feel more confident. But get used to this embarrassments, the sooner you do you will have them off your shoulder

  5. I sort of have the same problem. I guess it has to do with excessive self-respect, so even the smallest mistake causes us embarrassment. And what's annoying is that I have a propensity to remember every single one of these embarrassments! So I make myself believe that others (the ones who are witnessing my apparent embarrassment or self-humiliation) have inferior memory, and such a trivial thing would soon slip their mind. So I go on as if nothing's happened, and within half an hour, it's all fine. More major ones take a day or two, but not longer than that. I hope this works for you. It does require a little practice- developing this psychological belief or whatever it's called.

  7. do what i do... attract attention to it and turn it into a joke... for example

    your talking to a pretty lady... and u accident spit when u talk and it hits her right in the nose! .. oh no thats embarrasing! what to say now? ... this what id say... oh wow yes i realized i just spat on ur nose haha sorry (laugh it off and joke about it)

    thats only one example but itd work for pretty much anything... hope this helps

    Maybe people will think you did it on purpose.

  10. get used to it... don't think of it, because the more you think of it the more you will get embarassed.... just ride on it....
