Best way to get rid of Pimple Scar?

???? i get back scars after a pimple and one is smack dap on the middle of my nose--- how do i get of it in a timely manner?

Ask about dermabrasion. It can get kind of pricey so ask about creams that do the same effect.

I hate reading these questions about scars.  Most people need to look up the definition of scar...they are PERMANENT!!!  You can reduce to appearance but they will always remain.  Sheesh people...get that through your head.  You have a scar because you picked at your pimple.  If you would leave them alone they will go  away and not scar your face.  Simple as that.

you cant really get rid of a pimple scar because just like a normal scar its in the tissue you can either wait to see if it clears up its self or use a concealer or foundation, and don't pop pimples its what makes them scar!

You could try those scar removers that's avaliable at your local drug store like CVS or Walgreens? Those might work. Good luck!

Depending on how bad it is...you can use Neosporin or Mederma for Scars if it's really bad.

well timely that's difficult. That's a concealer. In a permanent manner would be laser or chemical skin resurfacing.

Laser treatment or dermabrasion.  Both are done by a physican.

Laser is just that, it burns off the top layer so that the under dermis can regenerate.  Dermabrasion is medical sandpaper that scrubs away the scar.  Dermabrasion is used in burns too, very painful.

If you are young and can go for many chemical peels, try that.
