Question:

Best way to get rid of stress?

Feel like my head is going to explode, what's the best way to get rid of that ? Something that doesn't involve sleeping/resting because when I wake up that's the first thing I would think about which makes it worse

  1. hang out with a friend is my remidie


  2. Exercise will take your mind off of what's bothering your.  Try walking or riding a bike or something like that.  Maybe even jogging or going for a nice long drive out of the city.  

  3. Pray. Pray to Jesus and ask Him to forgive you your sins (and mean it) then ask Him to solve the problem you have that is causing the stress and the stress will be gone. Then keep praying everyday asking Him for His guidance for your life. I promise this will work.

  4. Stress is a symptom. Find out what is causing the stress and deal with that. Your job? School? Relationships? You need to think about what's really bothering you and why and work on that.  

  5. the best way i know to deal with stress is very simple and i am always on the go and i can always make time for a hot lavender oil bath and some very relaxing music with candles. no matter how stressed i am i lock myself in the bath and just lay in it for about an hr hope this helps you darl being stressed is never fun

  6. Take some old, cheap plates and break them. It actually is a business some place in southeast Asia I think. Anyway, any kind of violence actually helps, as long as it doesn't harm you or others.

  7. Exercise... roller skating, running, walking fast, treadmill, trampoline... clean out that extra adrenaline!
