You can contact your HR officer and explain him about your problem effectively.  If you organization has got a branch in your native city then most of the companies would do give transfers without any hassles.

go to HQ... meet the chief... and the HRD / Admin officer / manager... convince them... and give an application in writing...

also set-right your opponents in HQ... who usually spoil such cases...
