Best way to help humanity is to be a shining example of human achievement. If you are successful and living happily, you are already half way there. If you achieve and lead others to achieve you don't need to give food or help. Teaching someone to help themselves is much more useful.

To me, the best way to help humanity is to be a real person, one who cares about the homeless, the hungry, the old and mostly, the children.  I believe that charity starts at home, I make absolutely certain to give to charities and organizations that serve my own community.

I also take time to do things for people who are ill, aged, infirmed and the like...like delivering hot food, spending time with them, and making sure their walkways are shovelled when it snows heavily.

That's my way, anyways...
