  1. I would have to say lifting weights would definitely do it. You will gain strength in your arms, making your punch harder, as well as possibly losing a bit of weight in fat off your arms. This will make them lighter, improving the speed of your punch.

  2. get stronger and kick **** out of anyone u don't like that will give you some practise

  3. no need to lose speed...just use your whole body...set your feet..twist your hip..throw all your weight into your fist...i guess working out would help too lol

but watch "fight science" on youtube or something..pretty interesting

  4. Keep your arm relaxed when you throw the punch,if you tense your arm muscles you're putting the brakes on before it lands the power comes from your toes up through your body to your back and shoulders so the stronger your legs and back the more power you have try throwing a punch slowly with arm relaxed until you get used to it

  5. "get stronger and kick **** out of anyone u don't like that will give you some practise" - that doesn't help

"gain some muscle. u will lose being faster. but that's a way to get it" - that doesn't help either, muscle mass has little to do with the strength of a punch.

    Now to the point...

To throw a decent punch you need to (as already stated) put your weight into it, start as you go to throw a punch stand on the balls of your feet and twist you body in the same motion as you are punching, and put as much power and force into it (this does not mean tensing muscles at all) - you should try to keep your arm feeling as lose as possible, but not too floppy so you look like a monkey going for a swipe.

A good way to practise, is using a punch bag, or if failing that, use a fairly thick mattress and prop it onto a very study wall (maybe outside of your house) and practise punching into it.  You will now when your punches are getting stronger.

  6. You could do shadow boxing wearing wrist-weights. They are usually 500g each.

You could focus on speed by using a floor-to-ceiling ball.

Maybe adjust your technique to make sure you punches are very straight, and you are also using a bit of leg movement, body movement and body twist.

  7. put your weight into it. use your shoulder more than your elbow.

  8. gain some muscle. u will lose being faster. but thats a way to get it
