  1. You should practice your spiking approach against a wall each time try to reach higher up the wall.

Then you could do different kind of jumps like tuck jumps of just jumping would help.

  2. Get an adjustable plateform and jump on it. Increase everyother day and also raise the plateform once a month until you reach the vertical you desire. I'm 5'5" and have a 30" vertical. That's my two cents.

  3. Ideas yes. Its hard to get the proper work out at home. I play college volley ball and i too am searching a more advanced method of imporving my verticle. I'm a little over 6'1 and i play MH OH MB. Do basic squats no bar, heals on the ground, do atleast 2x20 a day. Also if you dont have a jump rope find a place on a wall, taller then you are. Reach for a reasonable spot on the wall, tape it or mark it so you can jump and hit that spot each time. Good luck

  4. lots of jumproping, stair steps, squats.

  5. just um... like go to a large un crounded room or even outside and do ur spike approuch and make sure you jump and you can do this if you have a trampoline to

  6. Jump rope is the cheapest and most effective way to increase your vertical so i'd recommend this. Jump rope for about 12 minutes every day. You'd be surprised on how much this will increase your vertical.

    Good luck!!
