Best way to increase vertical jump?

wat is the best and effective way to increase my vertical for basketball....like a program or equipment but it has to be less than 50 bucks....

  2. Lunges, squats, leg curls. We hand a jumping machine, it made us feel like we were jumping higher, mostly it just tired us out.

    and doing jumps over like a pretty big wood box or a bench back and forth works very well

  5. When i need to increase my vertical.. i bought ankle weights.. and i would wear them when i went running.. and durning my practices.. ( i am a volleyball player so my rountine will be a  lil different then yours but.. ) i walked around outside and in the gym with them on and did. my approach and jumped with the weights on.. and when i took them off my verical jump was higher

    squats

    calf risers, sit ups, push-ups, and i just jump

    it really helps

  8. Squats for Quads, Gluts and low back

    Heel Raises for Calf

    Leg press for Quads, Hamstrings and low back

    Jump Rope for fast twitch muscle fibers.

    Abdominal exercise for core strength.

    STRETCH, STRETCH and STRETCH to maximize flexability
